The “craze and madness” is back with all new and zealous season of the Indian Premier League. The IPL is one of the most awaited series of matches of all the time. These days the news about IPL is in the air. We can hear people talk about it in schools, colleges, offices, parks etc.
News channels and front of newspapers are flooded with it. It has been 10 years to maintain the legacy of IPL. The thrilling and adventures journey to some awesome matches is starting from tomorrow i.e on 5th march, 2017. Players from all around the world will be an inseparable part of the IPL family. As the IPL is in its tenth edition so, derived from that the theme song of this IPL is “ye 10 saal apke naam”, is trending all over the television and radio these days.
Players from many countries like Australia, West Indies, South Africa and New Zealand will be welcomed with open arms. These teams are owned by celebrities who pay a hefty amount of charge and expenses for their team.
There are total 8 teams in the IPL that consists of the best players from our country as well as from all around the globe. The first match is scheduled at 8 PM between Sunrisers Hyderabad and the Royal Challengers Banglore at Rajiv Gandhi international cricket stadium. Next match is on 6th April and is between Rising Pune supergiant and Mumbai Indians at Maharashtra cricket association stadium, Pune. There are approximately 8-10 venues for the series of matches. The matches are scheduled till the month of May. As per the schedule, there will two matches on the weekends or on holidays, one at 4 PM and other after a gap or 4-5 hours.
Seems like that this edition of IPL is going to be a tough phase for the RCB. It’s been in the news that the gem of cricket world AB De Villiers will not be able to play and will have to miss the opening match because of a back injury. Captain Virat Kohli is also disparaging from the upcoming match due to a serious shoulder injury. Sources say he may also miss a few matches. After losing the essential players now the eyes of hope were on KL Rahul. But the news flashed that he is also suffering from a shoulder injury that he got during the practice sessions. There key player Sarfaraz Khan is also suffering from a leg injury and will be out from the tournament.
Maybe this year, the ball is not in the court of RBC. This match is going to be an interesting one to watch as it is like the play without the lead characters. So stay tuned to watch some real fun coming.
