Yesterday, BMC, i.e. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation issued a notice to superstar Amitabh Bachchan, for supposedly carrying out illegal constructions at his new bungalow in Goregaon East. Amitabh Bachchan has purchased a new bungalow.
Though, it has been found that the work carried out in the bungalow is not according to approved plans which are issued by the construction proposal subdivision of the P-South ward office. Therefore, the BMC issued a notice questioning title-holder to bring back the work carried out to the fore of the approved plans.
Along with, Amitabh Bachchan BMC has issued alike notices to six other persons together with Oberoi Realty, Rajkumar Hirani, Pankaj Balaji, Haresh Khandelwal, Sanjay Vyas, as well as Haresh Jagtani.
A BMC lineup, which checked the site found numerous supposed violations, counting internal walls not built as per plans. It was hard for them to acquire actions to eliminate the violations according to MRTP Act and asked for appropriate clarifications.
