As per the reports, Rhea’s lawyer Satish Manshinde expressed his concerns regarding the family of SSR and their lawyer too. Through a statement, Satish Manshinde says that it is very much disturbing to learn that the SSR family and lawyer are interfering and tampering with investigations. He further added that they are interfering in the investigation by pressurizing the AIIMS team of doctors. In addition, Satish Manshinde says that the SSR family and lawyer are speaking to the doctors during the investigation. And releasing purported audio recorded conversations to bring pressure and tamper with potential witnesses.
Furthermore, the SSR family lawyer is suppose to have said that he is going to meet the CBI director. This is because he wanted to get the family’s predetermined path of investigations in SSR death. But it is very much disturbing to read that the Media as attempts are being made to get a pre-determined result in the case, according to Rhea’s lawyer. He added that future interference may invite legal trouble.
Probing further, Satish Manshinde also speaks about the FIR placed by Bandra Police. The FIR was based on Rhea Chakraborty’s complaint against Sushant Singh Rajput’s sisters Priyanka and Meetu Singh. The Bandra Police has registered a case on allegations of Rhea against sisters of SSR in relation to the illegal administration of medicines, according to forged prescription. Rhea stated that this forged prescription could be the cause of Sushant’s death. On 9th Sept 2020, this was transfer to CBI as per the orders of SC. Therefore, the family of SSR has also stood to face the investigations in the case.
